Richiedo telefonicamente di poter ricevere supporto su come registrare fattura elettronica considerando che il loro POS non ha emesso scontrino e mi viene detto che dopo 2 giorni lavorativi non è piu possibile perchè il loro commercialista dice così..chiudendo la telefonata. Recensirli come "Poco professionali" è sicuramente dire poco.
Mi fornisco da IP da anni e, con scontrino alla mano, registro transazioni anche dopo settimane senza nessun problema!
Procederò con una richiesta diretta al Gruppo API.

I request by telephone to be able to receive support on how to register an electronic invoice considering that their POS has not issued a receipt and I am told that after 2 working days it is no longer possible because their accountant says so .. closing the phone call. Reviewing them as "Unprofessional" is certainly an understatement.
I have been providing IP for years and, with the receipt in hand, I register transactions even after weeks without any problem!
I'll proceed with a direct request to the API Group.
