Manuela was superb throughout with great communication at every step. The tiles were packed extremely well for shipping and all arrived intact in good time. Customer service was superb. I would also highly recommend Iona Homestore and would definitely use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service and very good price. Compared to Belgian store the price is less than half of the price. I contacted Manuela via mail and got an offer very quickly. Ordered tiles end of September, production was planned in December at Marazzi factory and now begin December everything delivered without problem to Belgium with pallet transportation and tracking information.
I can surely recommend Iona!

The tiles are all undamaged. They are a good match for our previous batch. They look very elegant and distinctive. I am very happy with the tiles and the service was excellent. Thank you

The tiles we ordered were not on stock, anyhow the delivery date they promised was fully respected and we received the tiles in Slovakia without any problem.
