I prezzi e i prodotti esposti sono certamente concorrenziali e di qualità, ma ciò che fa veramente la differenza é la professionalità, l'esperienza e la gentilezza di tutto il personale, in particolare della sig.ra Concetta. Lei non si limita a mostrarti un prodotto, ma ne descrive le qualità, ne immagina la realizzazione, ne suggerisce il miglior impiego possibile, avendo a cura del massimo risultato possibile per i clienti. Con lei al vostro fianco, coadiuvata dal suo compagno Salvatore per i rendering delle camere che andrete a progettare, non avrete bisogno né di architetti, né di interior designer. É bastato fornirle un input generale sui gusti e stili preferiti ed in meno di un'ora avevamo già trovato le soluzioni per tre diversi bagni e tutta la pavimentazione dell'appartamento. Con una cura dei dettagli e del particolare direi maniacale, sembra quasi che stia più a cuore a lei che a voi il risultato finale. Ho acquistato delle piastrelle con gradini e relative alzate in gres porcellanato "Peldano Recto Albaroch Hulla C3" per una scala esterna, prodotti dall'azienda spagnola "exagres", classificate prima scelta assoluta. In foto colpiva l'effetto ma dopo averli posati sono diventati un incubo. L'acqua risiede si di essi per difetto di planarità sbiadendo il colore, su qualche angolo nel punto di congiunzione dei tagli effettuati in fabbrica si nota il dentino e i listelli per rifinire lateralmente i gradini della scala sono tutti deformati a tal punto da non poterli incollare. Dopo molteplici reclami verbali rivolti alla rivenditrice è intervenuto sul posto per un sopralluogo il rappresentate della exagres il quale, nonostante la poca dimestichezza palesata con l'uso della livella, ha riscontrato "de visu" la non conformità della ceramica effettuando delle prove e dei rilievi fotografici riservandosi di comunicare il tutto a chi di competenza. Da allora, per circa quattro mesi, ho dovuto rincorrere telefonicamente questo "signore" con oltre cinquanta telefonate al termine delle quali, mi ha riferito che l'Azienda non aveva rilevato alcun tipo di problema. Quindi di sostituzione neanche a parlarne e, cosa ancora più grave, alla rivenditrice ha slealmente comunicato che io avrei preteso un rimborso superiore alla somma realmente spesa. Una delusione grandissima anche perchè questi gradini sono stati posati all'ingresso principale della mia villa che adesso è inguardabile. Exagres assente, rappresentate deontologicamente scorretto, proprietaria del negozio che, per il prezzi praticati, dovrebbe rivedere totalmente l'atteggiamento e la qualità del servizio.
