La commessa troppo preparata e gentilissima ma non avevamo la voglia di continuare a sudare e non respirare con le mascherine e siamo andati via. Impossibile stare due ore per fare la lista, mi dispiace solo per chi lavora in quelle condizioni. Large and well-stocked shop, the only flaw is the suffocating air inside the restaurant. The saleswoman too prepared and very kind but we didn't want to continue sweating and not breathe with the masks and we left. Impossible to stay two hours to make the list, I'm only sorry for those who work in those conditions.

Ho avuto un problema con un seggiolino auto ancora in garanzia, mi hanno prima fornito un seggiolino di cortesia e poi mi hanno sostituito quello danneggiato con uno identico senza alcun problema. Excellent assortment and customer focus. I had a problem with a car seat that was still under warranty, they first provided me with a courtesy seat and then they replaced the damaged one with an identical one without any problems.

Abbiamo acquistato un Trio Chiccho Best Friend, un prodotto molto valido e lo consigliamo. Dopo poco tempo ci siamo accorti di un difetto della cappotta...almeno così ci sembrava. Grazie ad una spiegazione ed assistenza a distanza (premetto che la carrozzina acquistata si trova fuori Italia dove vivono i proprietari ) siamo riusciti a capire il montaggio errato. Con il pronto intervento dello staff il problema è stato risolto in giro di un giorno. FANTASTICI. Un sincero grazie ed applauso !!! I write this review as I was struck by the kindness and great (unfortunately increasingly rare) availability of the store staff. We bought a Trio Chiccho Best Friend, a very good product and we recommend it. After a short time we noticed a defect in the hood ... or so it seemed to us. Thanks to an explanation and remote assistance (I state that the wheelchair purchased is located outside Italy where the owners live) we were able to understand the incorrect assembly. With the prompt intervention of the staff, the problem was solved within a day. FANTASTIC. A sincere thanks and applause !!!

Partiamo da Firenze Sud e arriviamo io mia moglie al 9 mese, mio figlio di due anni...e magicamente hanno 1 solo pezzo e colore rosa....... NIENT'ALTRO D'AGGIUNGERE...chiamate ma non sarà sicuro che la merce è realmente disponbile. Shop pulito ed ordinato,molto fornito (dal latte in polvere alle culle, dagli omogeneizzati ai giocattoli, dai vestiti ai fasciatoi). Prezzi un po più alti rispetto alla media. Parcheggio interno dedicato. Shop dedicated exclusively to children (from infants to older children 5-6 years). Clean and tidy shop, well stocked (from powdered milk to cots, from baby food to toys, from clothes to changing tables). Prices a little higher than the average. Dedicated internal parking.
