Typical restaurant just outside Modica. Great local food and good value for money. I recommend the latter. The owner very friendly, knowledgeable and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avrà sbagliato il conto, non c'è altra spiegazione. Condividendo per giustizia quanto scritto da altri utenti nelle recensioni in merito al giudizio globale, ma non riesco a scriverne bene perché mi sento ancora in imbarazzo.
Domenica scorsa abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per 8, 5 adulti 3 ragazzini.
In sala noi e una tavolata da 15 circa.
Prendiamo senza chiedere prezzi menù completi e semicompleti per noi adulti e inoltre:
2 piatti di pasta fatta un casa con salsa di pomodoro (l'unica in menù x bambini)
3 cotolette x bambini
Ebbene non commento il prezzo del menù adulti per il quale ci sta, sapevamo la filosofia del posto (ma 750 di vino della casa 12 euro...)
Il conto dei ragazzini:
2 pasta pomodoro 24 euro
3 cotoletta 48 euro
Totale 240 pagati con regolarissima fattura e scontrino fiscale.
Abbiamo mangiato in 5, 2 spelonche di pasta con verdure e legumi, un filetto di vitello con verdure in 5 e uno stracotto in 5. Siamo stati benissimo, ma con i bambini non si fa. Mi dispiace molto anche perché il responsabile di sala è una persona molto molto cortese, non lo faccio mai ma siamo rimasti davvero male.

He must have miscalculated, there is no other explanation. Sharing for justice what other users have written in reviews regarding the overall judgment, but I can't write it well because I still feel embarrassed.
Last Sunday we booked a table for 8, 5 adults 3 kids.
In the dining room we and a table of about 15.
We take full and semi-complete menus without asking prices for us adults and also:
2 homemade pasta dishes with tomato sauce (the only one on the menu for children)
3 x cutlets for children
Well, I don't comment on the price of the adult menu for which it fits, we knew the philosophy of the place (but 750 of house wine 12 euros ...)
The account of the kids:
2 tomato pasta 24 euros
3 cutlet 48 euros
Total 240 paid with very regular invoice and receipt.
We ate in 5, 2 caverns of pasta with vegetables and legumes, a fillet of veal with vegetables in 5 and an overcooked in 5. We had a great time, but you can't do it with children. I am also very sorry because the room manager is a very very courteous person, I never do that but we were really upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great restaurant! Food quality was excellent, cosy ambiance with its retro 60s look and music, good price for its quality and quantity, friendly staff and most of all top-quality home made wine. The place is a little secluded but it's not a big deal. Overall, great place!
