Nessuna disponibilità a prendere in carico il problema nonostante qualcosa di difettoso montato da loro. Credo che a tenersi i clienti non si faccia così.. Pessima esperienza. Non consigliato Problem with mounted mosquito net purchased from them and probably defective. No willingness to take charge of the problem despite something defective mounted by them. I don't think that keeping customers is like that. Bad experience. Not recommended
F	Francy Eva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo contattato l'azienda per il montaggio delle inferriate, senza sapere che avremo affrontato un calvario di un anno. Al momento della consegna, nonostante due precedenti sopralluoghi dettagliati, le inferriate presentavano un disegno diverso da quello concordato, una apertura per sportello del gatto sbagliata e le aperture delle finestre invertite. A quel punto abbiamo rimandato indietro le inferriate che presentavano errori (accettando, per forza di cose, il disegno sbagliato). Al momento della riconsegna le inferriate avevano un colore diverso e l'apertura per lo sportello del gatto si era allargata al punto da permette il passaggio di un cane..... Per il colore diverso si sono giustificati dicendoci che sarebbe cambiato col tempo (??????). Abbiamo nuovamente rimandato indietro le inferriate sbagliate (stavolta accettando, per forza di cose, l'apertura per lo sportello del gatto sbagliata), per rimediare al colore. All'ennesima riconsegna le inferriate avevano DI NUOVO il colore sbagliato. A quel punto la ditta ci ha proposto di ritirare TUTTE le inferriate per poter poter cambiare completamente il colore. E' così subentrato un loro collaboratore che nel giro di poco tempo ha risolto tutto. L'unica stella messa va solo ed unicamente a lui, non certo per la scarsa professionalità ed il trattamento mediocre ricevuto. We contacted the company for the assembly of the railings, without knowing that we will have faced a one-year ordeal. At the time of delivery, despite two previous detailed inspections, the railings had a different design than the one agreed, a wrong cat door opening and reversed window openings. At that point we sent back the bars that had errors (accepting, inevitably, the wrong design). At the time of delivery the railings had a different color and the opening for the cat door had widened to the point of allowing the passage of a dog ..... For the different color they justified themselves by telling us that it would change over time ( ??????). We sent back the wrong railings again (this time accepting, by force of circumstances, the wrong opening for the cat door), to remedy the color. On the umpteenth return the railings were the wrong color AGAIN. At that point the company offered us to withdraw ALL the railings in order to be able to completely change the color. So one of their collaborators took over and solved everything in a short time. The only star put goes only to him, certainly not for the lack of professionalism and mediocre treatment received.
