Ho chiesto il completo nero della pubblicità Mi hanno presentato tutt'altro.. Potrei aver pensato che non conoscano gli articoli che vendono e che sono pubblicizzati, ma son passata oltre. Al ché ho chiesto alla venditrice come mai mi avesse proposto degli articoli che non ho richiesto. Lei semplicemente non aveva capito a cosa mi riferissi ma non me lo aveva detto. Mi ha fatto contemplare pochi secondi il banner all'interno del negozio attendendo che le mostrassi l'articolo richiesto. Ed ecco che la responsabile si avvicina e chiede alla sua collaboratrice cosa stessimo facendo e con una battuta inopportuna direi, perché nessuno le ha permesso tale confidenza, esclama volete dei pop corn? Un coctaillino? Di tutta risposta le ho detto che ero a posto così e che se avessi gradito dei pop corn e un cocktail me lo sarei andato a prendere altrove. Morale della favola: la clientela va trattata con cortesia e discrezione, la signorina pensava di fare la simpatica senza che qualcuno le avesse permesso tale confidenza, di simpatico rimane il fatto che ha ottenuto uno scontrino in meno. Fossi in lei mi concentrerei a formare meglio il personale affinché conosca gli articoli che vendono e che sono pubblicizzati dal loro brand. On Saturday my husband wanted to give me a gift for my birthday: I chose intimissimi! I asked for the black ad suit They introduced me to anything else. I may have thought they don't know the items they sell and are advertised, but I passed by. To which I asked the seller why she had offered me items that I did not request. She just didn't understand what I meant but she didn't tell me. She made me contemplate the banner inside the shop for a few seconds, waiting for me to show her the requested item. And here the manager approaches and asks her collaborator what we were doing and with an inappropriate joke I would say, because no one has allowed her such confidence, she exclaims do you want some popcorn? A coctaillino? In response, I told her that I was okay and that if I liked some popcorn and a cocktail I would have picked it up elsewhere. Moral of the story: customers should be treated with courtesy and discretion, the young lady thought she was being nice without someone having allowed her this confidence, the fact that she got one less receipt is nice. If I were you, I would concentrate on better training the staff so that they know the items they sell and which are advertised by their brand.
