Buona qualità dei prodotti ma conviene andare in altri negozi della catena in attesa che licenzino la titolare! Peccato perché per tanti anni ho trovato sempre commesse gentili e disponibili. Adesso c'è questa ragazzotta che si crede di essere in diritto di maltrattare clienti che spendono oltre cento euro in mutande! Mi dispiace dover cambiare negozio, ma veramente non riesco a capire come si possa affidare la responsabilità ad una simile incompetente. Miss Martina, head of the arrogant and rude shop. Dovevo fare un reso di un acquisto online, in un caldo pomeriggio di Luglio mi sono recata al negozio più vicino (Scandicci) cercando di fare il reso. le due commesse mi hanno fatta sentire un incapace - non avevo fatto l'accesso online al sito, e dopo vari tentativi di fare il reso dal mio telefonino (davanti ai loro occhi) mi hanno consigliato di tornare a casa e fare l'accesso da un computer fisso!!!!! indignata sono andata al negozio di piazza dalmazia e in batter d'occhio mi hanno cambiato la merce!!!!
