Nach ewigem Nachfragen, mehrern Tel. mit Geschäftsleitung und 45 Minuten später gab es dann einen Gutschein. Google maps zeigte an dass Sonntag geöffnet ist, stimmt auch nicht. Alles in allem furchtbar.
Attention, you can't give back here, even if it was promised. Only exchange would be possible
After endless inquiries, several phone with management and 45 minutes later there was a voucher. Google maps indicated that it is open on Sunday, which is not correct either. All in all terrible.
