Mi rivolgo al negozio per assistenza in merito a un portafoglio Secrid (ancora largamente nella garanzia di 2 anni), il quale presenta un difetto di fabbrica. Vengo schernito e accusato di truffa ai loro danni. La ditta costruttrice per fortuna risulta molto più seria e disponibile. Fortemente sconsigliato acquistare in questo locale. Ich kehre in diesem Geschäft um Betreuung auf eine Secrid-Brieftasche die ein Defekt hat. Ich werde beinah ausgelacht und mir wird vorgeworfen dass ich selbst den Schaden verursacht habe und das Geschäft reinlegen will. Ich kann nur raten sich von diesen Geschäft verhalten. In this business I am returning to care for a Secrid wallet that has a defect. I am almost laughed at and accused of having caused the damage myself and of trying to fool the business. I can only advise you to behave in this business. PS: The company Secrid helped me without any problems and exchanged my wallet.

L	Luca V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena siamo entrati nel negozio, siamo stati letteralmente pedinati in maniera ostile dalla commessa che, senza dire una parola e facendo finta di niente, ci ha osservati attentamente inseguendoci anche al piano superiore del negozio, facendoci chiaramente capire che osservava che non rubassimo niente. Quando siamo usciti, sia io che mia moglie ci siamo guardati in faccia condividendo il forte disagio che abbiamo provato mentre volevamo solamente guardare i prodotti. Non entreremo assolutamente più! As soon as we entered the shop, we were literally stalked in a hostile way by the saleswoman who, without saying a word and pretending nothing happened, watched us carefully chasing us even upstairs of the shop, making us clearly understand that she was observing that we were not stealing anything. When we went out, both my wife and I looked at each other sharing the strong discomfort we felt when we just wanted to look at the products. We will absolutely not enter again!

I commessi (o titolari non saprei) dovrebbero essere abituati al viavai di curiosi, acquirenti e semplici viandanti all'interno del negozio e magari si potrebbe evitare la "marcatura a uomo" che ormai non si utilizza più neppure nel football... Oltre a scoraggiare gli acquisti (non si possono fare commenti col partner vista la vicinanza della guardia del corpo) risulta difficile osservare, toccare, decidere. La prossima visita la organizzeremo in folto gruppo, 10/12 persone tutte insieme che sciamano tra ceste e vetrine, la tattica della confusione assicura la privacy. Non so se paga di più il controllo totale ad evitare il piccolo furto od il fastidio che provoca e che non induce alla compera...boh, scelte aziendali.
