Lei non parla , strilla e cerca di servire più persone alla volta . Quando le ho chiesto di non parlare a voce così alta e e di dedicarmi un po’ di attenzione ( eravamo 3 clienti in totale ed altre commesse erano disponibili) mi ha risposto che quello è il SUO negozio e che lei lavorava così . Non so fino a quando sarà il suo negozio : w gli acquisti online!

She doesn't speak, she screams and tries to serve several people at a time. When I asked her not to speak so loudly and to pay me a little attention (we were 3 customers in total and other orders were available) she replied that this is YOUR shop and that is how she worked. I don't know when his shop will be: w online shopping!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!!! Personale e direttrice dovrebbero immediatamente cambiare lavoro perché sono assolutamente inadatte. Mi hanno abbandonata nel camerino e dovevo continuamente affacciarmi fuori io seminuda per chiedere informazioni sulle taglie/colori etc etc Le commesse nel frattempo, servendo contemporaneamente più persone ( tutte più o meno abbandonate a se stesse) chiacchieravano allegramente di cose personalissime al di là della tenda del mio camerino dove ovviamente , data la temperatura elevata, nel frattempo io sudavo copiosamente mentre indossavo gli articoli che, ovviamente non ho voluto acquistare da loro, alla faccia dell’igiene e del Covid!!!!! SCONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTO PUNTO VENDITA!!!!!
BAD EXPERIENCE !!! Staff and manager should immediately change jobs as they are absolutely unsuitable. They abandoned me in the dressing room and I had to continually look out myself half naked to ask for information on sizes / colors etc etc The orders in the meantime, serving several people at the same time (all more or less abandoned to themselves) chatted happily about very personal things beyond the curtain of my dressing room where obviously, given the high temperature, in the meantime I was sweating profusely while wearing the items that, obviously I did not want to buy from them, in spite of hygiene and Covid !!!!! I ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS POINT OF SALE !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale mi ha completamente snobbata, voleva acquistare una scorta di intimo e le commesse erano troppo impegnate a mettere apposto e lamentarsi tra di loro piuttosto che ascoltare le mie domande sui prodotti. Inoltre, sembrava che gli dessi anche fastidio mentre guardavo la biancheria esposta perché loro dovevano sistemare. Non ci stavano esposti i prezzi giusti dei prodotti ne i SALDI corrispondevano ai cartelli.
The staff completely snubbed me, wanted to buy a supply of underwear, and the shop assistants were too busy fixing up and complaining to each other rather than listening to my product questions. Plus, it also seemed to bother them as I looked at the exposed laundry because they had to sort it out. We were not exposed to the right prices of the products nor the SALES corresponded to the signs.
