Allora con l scontrino, sono andata al negozio della intimissimi di porta nuova, per cambiare questo regalo, e per mia sorpresa sono stata trattata moltissimo bene, con molta gentilezza e rispetto (cosa che raramente sucede nei giorni di oggi)... E ho visto un bello accappatoio bianco di peluche che mi hai fatto impazzire... Costava 27€ in più del mio regalo. Allora si come io non ero preparata, perché non ero portata la mia carta, ho chiesto alla commessa, se mi potevo mettere da parte per il giorno dopo che passavo a retitare. E lei molto gentile, mi hai detto di sì, che metteva di parte e mi aspettava per retitare e effettuare il cambio. E così è stato fatto. Sono tornata giorno dopo come erano concordati e abbiamo finalizzato tutto senza nessuna rogna, senza nessuna burocrazia e con molto gentilezza. Sono stata molto contenta com mio cambio e in più, trattata molto bene. Ci tengo molto alla educazione e rispetto che le commesse mi danno con lo sguardo da cliente. Perché purtroppo, la gentilezza nei negozi, ci manca parecchio... Sembra che loro , stano facendo un favore, e non le loro lavoro in certi posti. Grazie mille Intimissimi, sono stata molto soddisfatta e trattata molto bene da voi. Sicuramente ci tornerò. La commessa ha insistito dicendo che il realtà avevo sia coppa che busto di misure diverse da quelle da me indicate - come se io non sapessi grosso modo cosa indosso! - tanto che mi sono rassegnata a provare quello che mi proponeva lei, cioè una banalissima 4. Larghissimo di busto e piccola di coppa. Ho chiesto, cortesemente, di avere un reggiseno della taglia che avevo inizialmente chiesto (3E), e mi è stato risposto che non li tenevano.
