★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimamente sono sempre qui, tanto che è affollato. Gli operatori sono lentissimi. Però almeno ho l'occasione di venire a contatto con tanta gente :)
I've always been here lately, so it's crowded. The operators are very slow. But at least I have the opportunity to meet many people :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completamente inadatti al servizio clienti, sgarbati, poco disponibili ed inetti al lavoro, capaci addirittura di staccare il telefono dopo le parole "ci richiami tra 10 minuti", alla prossima recensione faccio i nomi di suddetti dipendenti. Questo tipo di persone rovina del tutto l'immagine professionale di Intesa San Paolo, peccato dover mettere almeno una stella
Completely unsuitable for customer service, rude, hardly available and inept at work, able to even unplug the phone after the words "call us back in 10 minutes", at the next review I mention the names of the aforementioned employees. These types of people completely ruin the professional image of Intesa San Paolo, too bad having to put at least one star
