★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tralasciando tutti i problemi tecnici che la filiale ha avuto, incluso bancomat non funzionante. salvo rare eccezioni, il personale non è quasi mai preparato. Sentirsi dire: non lo so, non è una cosa che segui, o non lo so non mi è mai capitato quando hai bisogno di risolvere un problema la dice lunga sulla preparazione professionale. Ahimè è un problema diffuso in tutta Unicredit, non solo nella filiale di Ostuni.

Potrei fare un elenco di svantaggi che non finisce mai nell’operare con questa banca.
Versati i soldi per pagare un titolo e la cassiera non me lo ha pagato, facendomi trovare il protesto (da denuncia), una sfaticata che per me dovrebbe andare a pulire i bagni pubblici e non sarebbe nemmeno all’altezza, il bancomat mi trattiene una banconota che sospetta sia falsa e dopo mesi non ho mai avuto notizie (bye bye 50€), un canone di 16,90 al mese per un conto che non mi da assolutamente alcun servizio, una banca che nel 2022 non permettere bonifico ne in entrata che in uscito verso emitted I valute digitali (moderna direi), che dire…. Mettetevi a vendere la frutta perchè come banca siete un miraggio
