A volte addirittura scortesi al rispindemi al tel. Per un rimborso di soli 25 euro (ritirati dal atm loro) che dovevano farmi nessuno sapeva darmi una risposta per ben 3 mesi....e tutt'ora! Vergongoso....e pure se la tirano come la banca "migliore" vergognoso..... Bad bad and bad. Several times it took them a lifetime to answer me on the phone since everything is by appointment. Sometimes even rude to send me back to tel. For a refund of only 25 euros (withdrawn from their atm) that they had to do to me nobody knew how to give me an answer for 3 months .... and still!
