N	Nick Mason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la peggiore delle banche in essere sul pianeta e forse anche fuori da questo pianeta. oltre al bancomat 8 su 10 rotto, non ti rispondono mai al telefono e se riesci a passare l' unico sorriso che trovi e' quello sui cartelloni affissi dentro. Peccato perche' e' una banca comoda e di passaggio per le mie esigenze. the worst of the banks in existence on the planet and perhaps even outside this planet. in addition to the broken 8 out of 10 ATM, they never answer you on the phone and if you can pass the only smile you find is the one on the billboards posted inside. Too bad because it is a convenient and passing bank for my needs.

Hanno messo un bel cartello con scritto solo su appuntamento, con 3 numeri ai quali NESSUNO risponde. Non perdete tempo! Bad. The people who work there are inside the branch and, when they open it, they answer you! They put up a nice sign that says by appointment only, with 3 numbers to which NO ONE answers. Don't waste your time!

Abbiamo fatto una ricarica in contanti il 25 e non è andata a buon fine poiché il bancomat ha smesso di funzionare , e abbiamo ricevuto solo uno scontrino con scritto anomalia 64 e di recarsi in filiale. Ancora oggi non siamo a riusciti a risolvere la situazione dopo una mattinata persa . Tempo fa volevamo aprire una carta prepagata e ci siamo dovuti rivolgere ad un altra filiale poiché a certe signore non va proprio di lavorare . La banca più inutile !!! A nessuna dipendente lì dentro va di lavorare ve la sconsiglio poiché oltre tutto rispondono male e sono maleducate. Se non risolvo a breve ci rivolgeremo per vie legali . La direttrice una delle tante che ha voglia di non fare nulla e si lamenta solo inventandosi continue scuse per non lavorare . Non capisco perché è ancora aperta questa banca , visto non offrono nessun'servizio decente ? If I could give 0 stars I would give them. Sembra impossibile mettersi in contatto con loro, perché al telefono non rispondono mai, alle mail nemmeno a parlarne. Anche fissare un appuntamento diventa un'impresa epica. Se poi gli fai notare l'inefficienza e il disservizio, nonostante il garbo, ti rispondono maleducatamente. Non mi resta altra scelta che cambiare banca. Personale ignorante ! Spero vivamente che questa filiale possa fallire e che vi licenziano perché solo così potete capire cosa significa lavorare ! 0 stelle ! Il telefono non rispondo mai ! Veramente vergognosi ! Dite che siete una banca assicurativa ma non sapete fare le assicurazioni Dite che siete una banca di mutuo e non fate mutuo ! Ma cosa ci fate lì dentro ? Andate al bar ! t	tommaso grenga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ero sempre domandato quale fosse il Sistema operativo che fa funzionare il bancomat. Grazie a questa filiale finalmente l'ho scoperto. Ormai quando debbo prelevare evito di passarci visto che spesso lo trovo fuori servizio oppure peggio dopo l'attesa quando meno te lo aspetti, si blocca senza dare più segni di vita. Ormai preferiscono o pagare la commissione oppure andare allo sportello della filiale sulla Palmiro Togliatti. I always wondered what the operating system was that made the ATM work. Thanks to this branch I finally found out. By now when I have to withdraw I avoid going through it since I often find it out of order or worse after waiting when you least expect it, it stops without giving more signs of life. By now they prefer either to pay the commission or to go to the branch office on Palmiro Togliatti.

Personale che non si fa trovare, avevo un appuntamento alle 11 suono tre volte aspetto 5 minuti e non apre nessuno! Addio! But why doesn't it close ?! ATM out of service one day and the next as well. Inoltre la frequenza considerevole di malfunzionamento dell'ATM ha contribuito alla scelta di cambiare banca.
