L	Luana Di Silvestro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Degrado totale. 1 sola cassa gestita da una sola persona che si alza ogni 3 per 2,il direttore che passeggia va a fumare,poi torna e fa finta di non vedere: donne incinte, bambini che piangono perché devono fare pipì e loro (solo per oggi) non hanno il bagno funzionante. Una vergogna vera e propria. Ma queste recensioni non le legge nessuno?! A che servono? Se nessuno legge e prende provvedimenti? Sono momentaneamente "costretta al rapporto con questa banca,ma prenderò provvedimenti per interrompere i rapporti con tutto ciò.siete una vergogna. Total degradation. 1 single box managed by a single person who gets up every 3 by 2, the director who walks goes to smoke, then returns and pretends not to see: pregnant women, crying children because they have to pee and they (only for today) they don't have a working bathroom. Come se fosse a casa sua si alza in continuazione,parla al telefono,si prende borsa giubbotto è va al bar a prendere il caffè alle 8:45 quando dovrebbe essere nella sua postazione a fare il suo lavoro non facendo creare file infinite. Veramente poco professionale.Fortunatamente il collega é tutto l'opposto della signora. Problemi tecnici!per questo la signora non poteva iniziare a lavorare.Scusate l'ignoranza...ma per i problemi tecnici...viene l'addetto alle pulizie? Non si é seduta alla sua postazione perché c'erano dei pezzi di carta e i cassetti sporchi?!Ma forse cara signora chi dovrebbe tenerli puliti è proprio lei?!,dato che la postazione è la sua.Complimenti veramente a lei è al direttore che ancora la fa sedere li nonostante riconosca che quelle giornaliere della dipendente siano solo scuse. but is it possible that the blonde employee of cashier 2 is perpetually off work? Sono stato per trasferire un conto corrente, dalla stessa banca, ho trovato un impiegata molto seccata con pochissima voglia di lavorare e, come ogni cliente, chiedendo consigli mi ha liquidato, con atteggiamento molto formale un..... Deve decidere lei cosa è meglio fare! Pensavo di trovare una persona che mi sapesse consigliare ed almeno un po di buona creanza che non guasta mai! Bad experience ......
