★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo funzionamento degli sportelli bancomat, quasi sempre fuori servizio 2 su 3 con code ed assembramenti assicurati e tempo di attesa medio di 20 minuti circa ( vedi giorno 2/2/2020 ore 19:00)
Poor functioning of ATMs, almost always out of service 2 out of 3 with queues and assured gatherings and average waiting time of about 20 minutes (see day 2/2/2020 at 19:00)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato in filiale per cercare di richiedere un documento che non riuscivo a richiedere tramite app. Al telefono mi ha risposto una donna molto sgarbata e non interessata ad aiutarmi, al punto che non mi ha fatto manco finire di spiegare il motivo della chiamata e mi ha liquidata dicendo che "l'app non l'hanno fatta loro e di chiamare il numero verde" ...io boh.
I called the branch to try to request a document that I could not request through the app. On the phone I was answered by a very rude woman and not interested in helping me, to the point that she did not even finish explaining the reason for the call and dismissed me saying that "the app did not make them and to call the toll-free number "...
