Per scoprire se il caffè è veramente buono bisogna gradirlo amaro, possibilmente in vetro ed osservare il colore, l'aroma, la densità e poi il sapore. Quando il caffè è bellondenso, aromatico e buono, come quello che fanno in questo piccolo bar, per molte ore resta legato alle papille gustative, rendendo gioia al palato!!! ☕☕

To find out if the coffee is really good you have to like it bitter, possibly in glass and observe the color, aroma, density and then the flavor.
