★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti al massimo! Mancanza totale di professionalità! Li ho chiamati per sapere se potevano fare un'operazione di cassa normalissima: nessuno che abbia saputo rispondermi! Ogni volta trovano il modo di riagganciare il telefono con una scusa (dicono che richiameranno e poi non richiama nessuno) o addirittura fanno cadere la linea telefonica..non consiglio questa banca!
Incompetent to the max! Total lack of professionalism! I called them to find out if they could do a normal cash transaction: no one who knew how to answer me! Every time they find a way to hang up the phone with an excuse (they say they will call and then not call anyone) or even drop the phone line..I don't recommend this bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banca pessima intesa San paolo per le mie esigenze: ho fatto un investimento di 10 anni NON con la banca ma con altri enti e per dare i miei 10 anni, quindi 120 mesi mi volevano far pagare la bellezza di 96€!
Ho scelto così di appoggiarmi ad un altra banca in cui mandare i soldi per l'investimento è GRATIS.
Anche l'app del cellulare si blocca un giorno si, quello dopo pure.
A mio parere è una pessima banca l'intesa sam paolo, poi ognuno ha il suo parere.
Riguardo al personale che lavora dentro questa filiale è molto gentile se appoggi le loro idee.
AGGIORNAMENTO 9/10/19: Oggi avevo appuntamento alla banca con un certo Adriano alle ore 15.
Ero arrivato in banca, con un permesso dal lavoro, alle ore 14:45.
Alle ore 15:23 sono entrato con un certo Adriano.
Gli ho fatto le mie domande alle quali avrebbe dovuto rispondermi spiegandomi dettagliatamente il tutto invece mi ha risposto a 3 delle 5 domande "Dovrò sentire altri enti" così io gli dissi "Va bene, che aspettiamo?" E mi ha dato una risposta davvero MALEDUCATISSIMA cioè: "li sentirò io quando avrò un attimo di tempo".
Ma era consapevole del fatto che dalle ore 15:00 alle ore 15:30 doveva dedicare il suo tempo a me???
Banca PESSIMA, sconsiglio.
San paolo badly understood bank for my needs: I made an investment of 10 years NOT with the bank but with other institutions and to give my 10 years, then 120 months wanted me to charge the beauty of 96 €!
So I chose to rely on another bank where sending money for the investment is FREE.
Even the mobile app hangs one day, the one after that too.
In my opinion it is a bad bank the cartel sam paolo, then everyone has their opinion.
Regarding the staff working in this branch, it is very kind of them to support their ideas.
10/9/19 UPDATE: Today I had an appointment at the bank with a certain Adriano at 3 pm.
I arrived at the bank, with a work permit, at 2.45 pm.
At 3.23 pm I entered with a certain Adriano.
I asked him my questions which he should have answered by explaining to me in detail everything, instead he answered 3 of the 5 questions "I'll have to hear other bodies" so I told him "Okay, what are we waiting for?" And he gave me a truly MALEDUCATISSIMA answer: "I'll hear them when I have a moment".
But he was aware of the fact that from 15:00 to 15:30 he had to devote his time to me ???
Bank PESSIMA, I do not recommend it.
