Dal direttore all'ultimo impiegato, sono tutte cordiali, empatiche e preparate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incontro fissato per una fattibilità di surroga del mutuo, accolta malissimo 1 ora di appuntamento fatto di elenchi di spese che la banca doveva sostenere in caso di surruga. Andata via dalla disperazione non mi sono mai sentita così tanto umiliata! Dovrebbero far un controllo sul personale che hanno è una cosa indecente trattare un possibile futuro cliente in questa maniera!
