Rivoltomi ad un altro istituto, in un mese me l'hanno dato.
Da evitare sicuramente !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a loro un anno fa tramite una broker, a parte i tempi lunghissimi: nel mio caso non avevano chiesto neanche il fondo consap che per la mia pratica era fondamentale. Ho rischiato di perdere la casa per colpa di promesse senza fondamenta , quando potevano dire dall'inizio che non era possibile concedermi il mutuo.
Appena entravo in banca per chiedere qualcosa l'operatrice andava a parlare con il direttore a bassa voce e qualunque cosa chiedevo si rivolgeva a lui.non sembrava neanche una banca.
Morale della favola, mi sono rivolta a un'altra banca e ora ho la casa che volevo!
Qualche mese fa sono stata in un'altra filiale sempre della BCC ed è stata tutta un'altra storia, questo mi ha fatto capire che molte volte non è colpa della banca ma solo di chi gestisce la filiale.
Vi auguro di migliorare il vostro lato umano e di aggiungere al vostro curriculum onestà e trasparenza, è inutile far aprire conti correnti alle persone che non hanno i requisiti per poter fare un mutuo.
I contacted them a year ago through a broker, apart from the very long lead times: in my case they had not even asked for the fund, knowing that it was essential for my practice. I risked losing my house because of unfounded promises, when they could say from the start that it was not possible to grant me the loan.
As soon as I went into the bank to ask for something, the operator would go to speak to the manager in a low voice and whatever I asked she would turn to him. It didn't even look like a bank.
Moral of the story, I turned to another bank and now I have the house I wanted!
A few months ago I was in another branch of the BCC and it was a completely different story, this made me understand that many times it is not the fault of the bank but only of those who manage the branch.
I wish you to improve your human side and to add honesty and transparency to your curriculum, it is useless to open current accounts to people who do not qualify for a mortgage.
