★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banca che non sa quello che fa e non da neanche spiegazioni. Molto scortesi e ottusi. La sconsiglio vivamente questa filiale. In particolare un certo Renzo P. che invece di risolvere il mio problema perché per colpa della banca spariscono dei soldi dal mio conto corrente e ci sono strani movimenti sempre per colpa della banca mi dice di prenotare un appuntamento da loro o di aspettare la mia consulente che guarda caso è andata in ferie ieri sarebbe giovedì e che ritornerà tra 2 settimane. Io gli chiamo da 2 giorni e mi da o la linea occupata o non risponde nessuno. Per me non è semplice passare da loro per colpa del mio lavoro e poi ormai tutto si risolve o online o per telefono . Però non in questo caso perché se vieni da loro ti dicono che bisogna chiamare e non venire in banca per motivi di SICUREZZA adesso invece vogliono vederti.Non ho parole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La filiale è comoda con gran parcheggio, il cassiere simpatico, disponibile e professionale. Purtroppo è da solo e i tempi di attesa sono lunghi. Le persone si scocciano. Visto che il personale non manca, dirottate qualcuno in cassa!
