They never answer the phone !!!! Tested for years! You have to go there by force .. But when they have to offer you an insurance package they call you several times! That's no good.

Dopo avermi rinviato l'appuntamento per ben due volte, mi sono recata presso questo sportello, ho dovuto lasciare la borsa fuori con portafoglio e valori per poter entrare, prendere gli occhiali e cellulare e quando mi sono lamentata con l'impiegato, mi ha risposto: Se non le sta bene perché ha scelto questa banca? Ho salutato e sono andata via. Hanno perso una forse potenziale cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come banca fa il suo lavoro, si salvano solo per le offerte che propongono, per il resto...stendiamo non un velo, un tendone da circo pietoso....personale scorbutico e per niente cortese, mancanza di organizzazione alla base della mission aziendale e rispetto per i clienti inesistente.
Mi meraviglio della direttrice che, nonostante il ruolo che riveste, non si scompone, anzi.
Totalmente deluso.
