★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no comment alla professionalità del nuovo direttore e di qualche membro della filiale( non tutti ovviamente perche li dentro ho trovato negli anni passati professionalità e disponibilità da parte di altri ) devo dire che in tanti anni io non ho mai mai visto un servizio del genere e sentito delle parole del genere... il rispetto per tutti i clienti deve esserci sempre dai clienti che hanno migliaia di euro a clienti come noi che nel piccolo hanno sempre pagato tutto e sentirci trattati così oggi ha fatto si che cambiassimo banca,per loro non è il nulla perche hanno milioni di clienti ma per noi è importante far sapere a tutti il trattamento ricevuto...
no comment on the professionalism of the new director and some members of the branch (not all of them obviously because in the past years I have found professionalism and availability from others) I must say that in many years I have never seen such a service and heard of such words ... respect for all customers must always be there from customers who have thousands of euros to customers like us who have always paid everything in the small way and feel treated like this today has meant that we changed banks, for them not it is nothing because they have millions of customers but for us it is important to let everyone know the treatment received ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendomi trasferito a Borno da due anni e non essendoci una Sede di Intesa Sanpaolo, ho dovuto rivolgermi alla Sede di Breno per un tentativo di frode informatica. Ho trovato accoglienza, disponibilità e competenza nella figura del signor Luigi Macario.
Having moved to Borno for two years and since there is no Intesa Sanpaolo office, I had to contact the Breno office for an attempt at computer fraud. I found acceptance, availability and competence in the figure of Mr. Luigi Macario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si trova nella zona tran tran di breno... davanti alla banca rivale (ubi banca).... e davanti alla fermata dei celeberrimi pullman dell'altrettanto nota compagnia "Ferrovie Nord Milano Autoservizi"....immerso tra i portici di Breno....struttura pulita per quanto concerne i vetri ... ma pultroppo i muretti sottostanti sono molto polverosi.
Abbigliamento consigliato: maglie bianche e pantaloni neri.
Ottimo impianto elettrico, interessante l'alternativa parcheggio per i dipendenti.
Unica piccola pecca: la frettolosita del servizio. ?
It is located in the quiet area of Breno ... in front of the rival bank (ubi bank) .... and in front of the stop of the famous buses of the equally well-known company "Ferrovie Nord Milano Autoservizi" .... surrounded by the arcades of Breno .... clean structure as regards the glass ... but unfortunately the underlying walls are very dusty.
Recommended clothing: white shirts and black pants.
Excellent electrical system, interesting alternative parking for employees.
The only small flaw: the hasty service. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido in toto l'altra recensione, che evidentemente non rappresenta un caso isolato: correntista da piu' di vent'anni senza mai un problema con la banca sono stata costretta a cambiare filiale di recente.Anche se utilizzo quasi sempre l'home banking preferisco evitare DEL TUTTO la filiale di Breno.Peccato perche' per anni vi avevo trovato professionalita' e cortesia, e alcune persone che vi lavorano meriterebbero di meglio.
Moooolto meglio la filiale di Darfo, specialmente con l'istallazione dei nuovi sportelli che permettono anche il versamento di contanti/assegni con il bancomat
I fully agree with the other review, which obviously does not represent an isolated case: account holder for more than twenty years without ever having a problem with the bank I was forced to change the branch recently. Even if I almost always use home banking I prefer to avoid the whole branch of Breno.Peccato for 'for years I had found professionalism and courtesy, and some people who work there deserve better.
The Darfo branch is better suited, especially with the installation of the new branches that also allow cash / checks to be paid with the ATM
