★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca professionalità, ho atteso 3 giorni una chiamata per un problema che lo staff doveva occuparsi di risolvere dato l'incapacità a comprendere il problema nell'immediato. Ma potrebbe anche andare bene se non fosse che dopo quattro giorni di attesa il personale non si era ancora degnato di attivarsi per risolvere il problema. In sunto ho dovuto comunque arrangiarmi contattando un operatore Wind telefonicamente, direi servizio pressoché inutile a questo punto. Ovviamente questa è solo la mia personalissima esperienza.
Lack of professionalism, I waited 3 days for a call for a problem that the staff had to solve given the inability to understand the problem immediately. But it could also be fine if it weren't for the fact that after four days of waiting, the staff still hadn't deigned to take action to solve the problem.
