Nel 2020 ci sono stati alcune problematiche e incomprensioni legate alla mia Superflash che però abbiamo risolto grazie all'attitudine propositiva dello staff. Avevo lasciato una recensione e votazione negativa anni fa; cambio la mia valutazione e do 5 stelle per il servizio clienti, la professionalità e ringrazio tutto lo staff e in particolare la signora Cristina per il lavoro svolto, la cordialità, la professionalità e attenzione al cliente. Ottima banca e soprattutto staff molto gentile!
I have been an Intesa Sanpaolo customer for several years. In 2020 there were some problems and misunderstandings related to my Superflash but we have solved them thanks to the proactive attitude of the staff. I had left a negative review and rating years ago; I change my evaluation and give 5 stars for the customer service, the professionalism and I thank all the staff and in particular Mrs. Cristina for the work done, the friendliness, the professionalism and attention to the customer. Excellent bank and above all very kind staff!
