Da mesi attendiamo rimborso per rid insoluti , nonostante i numerosi solleciti telefonici e in agenzia.
Le uniche chiamate ricevute da bnl e venderti polizze assicurative.
Sconsiglio vivamente.
Bad Customer Service,
For months we have been waiting for reimbursement for outstanding reductions, despite numerous telephone and agency reminders.
The only calls received from bnl and sell you insurance policies.
I strongly advise against.

Se un mutuo da 220'000 € non è sufficiente per essere seguiti decentemente, non so che altro fare.
Iniziamo con 800 € di pre-ammortamento!!!!! un furto!!!!! poi ho chiesto una rinegoziazione e sebbene il tasso di mercato fosse di 1.2% mi hanno proposto al massimo 1.5% e ho dovuto aspettare 3 mesi e scrivere 2 volte prima di sapere che era stata accettata 4 giorni dopo la richiesta.
3 mesi PERSI (tralasciamo che poi la sede centrale non l'ha accettato, quindi)
Poi per un rimborso anticipato mi hanno dato le istruzioni a spizzichi e mozzichi e anche sbagliate, risultato sto ancora tribolando con il servizio clienti. Vi sto pagando fior di interessi diamine!!!!!
