★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina mi sono recato in banca per pagare un F24 presentandomi alle 8:30 orario di apertura dopo qualche minuto che mi chiamano mi dicono che non mi potevano servire senza appuntamento e io ho risposto signora ma non c'è nessuno avete appena aperto, la signora stizzita mi risponde ci sono solo io in cassa e ora sto facendo altro.
Questa e proprio un palese esempio di scarsa considerazione dei propri clienti la signora che con cui ho "dialogato" una signora bionda con gli occhiali e gli occhi chiari che è stata molto scortese dopo che una persona e correntista ormai da anni non si trattano così i clienti scarsa professionalità probabilmente chiuderò il conto proprio per questo episodio visto che non e il primo
