★ ★ ★ ★ ★ meglio non avere niente a che fare con il personale di questa banca. non rispondono mai al telefono e se rispondo dicono che sono occupati e ti richiamano, ma alla fine non lo fanno.
 it is better to have nothing to do with the staff of this bank. they never answer the phone and if I answer they say they are busy and they call you back, but in the end they don't.

Grande istituto bancario, ottimo home banking, ottima anche l'app su smartphone. Peccato che la funzionalità di questa filiale sia davvero pessima. Inutile soffermarsi su qualche particolare perché la filiale è pessima su tutta la linea. Sicuramente manca una buona Direzione. Filiale da evitare.
