Aggiornamento: beh..è finita che sono dovuto andare di persona due volte per poter parlare con qualcuno..la prima per l'appuntamento e la seconda finalmente per il colloquio...e per chiudere definitivamente il conto corrente! Essere stata trattata da "truffatrice" o "bugiarda", a seguito di un ingente furto subito con bancomat, denunciato e mai risarcito dalla banca, perché si presuppone incuranza e trascuratezza del pin da parte della cliente (fatto tutto da dimostrare tra l'altro) mi costringe mio malgrado a farlo!! Inoltre per procedere alla chiusura del conto mi si giustificano ritardi tecnici che rallentano la pratica creandomo non pochi ptoblemi!!!! Saluto il direttore che non ha dimostrato alcuna attenzione al mio caso e ringrazio invece tutti i dipendenti che hanno dimostrato sempre attenzione e professionalità!
