Accoglienza ai minimi termini e poca attenzione per il cliente.
Lunghe attese ingiustificate e quando chiedi chiarimenti è tutto uno scarica barile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto un rogito con presenza di un funzionario e ci sono state dei problemi e errori fatti dalla banca di cui scuse sia dal funzionario e dal direttore di cui gli era stato comunicato le problematiche e disagi non ci sono degnati di fare nemmeno le scuse

Volevo aprire un conto corrente, ma la persona che doveva svolgere il suo lavoro era più interessato a vendermi altri prodotti finanziari.
Dopo avere insistito che ero interessato solamente per il c/c e aver consegnato i miei documenti, si vedeva chiaramente che questa persona era poco cortese.
Dopodiché cominciò a chiedermi della mia polizza assicurativa e che tipo di assicurazione avevo. Rifiutai di rispondere a domande mie personali. Mi disse che senza la tessera sanitaria non poteva aprirmi il conto.
Cosa mi chiederanno la prossima volta all Intesa Sanpaolo, chi ho votato l'ultima volta?
Inquietante la richiesta di informazioni (non necessaria ai fini dell'apertura di un c/c di base).
Ovviamente non hanno bisogno di clienti. Me ne andai via, dopo aver perso prezioso tempo.

Ad accoglierti una signora maleducata oltre che impreparata Volpi Erica si toglie la mascherina urlando addosso.
Ieri mattina sono stata 3ore per un bancomat che non era arrivato fisicamente nella filiale.
Gli chiedo di darmi la carta di magazzino che presenterà una sorpresa notifiche a pagamento di SMS agli acquisti.
Chiamo in filiale risponde la volpi espongo il problema delle notifiche e punto d accapo.
Oggi al momento dell utilizzo erano ancora attive.
È tutto da rivedere già da chi li gestisce!!!!
L intesa San Paolo si è declassato a Bergamo di brutto!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata oggi per prendere un appuntamento per avere informazioni sulla possibilità per prendere un prestito , la ragazza nel sportellò del informazione non ha voluto darmi spiegazione dato che il mio conto corrente è di altra città del Intesa San Paolo, però in conversazione le ho convinto che ho diritto di fornirmi l’informazione. È alzata è stata andata dal responsabile che offre l’informazione e alla fine lui non ha fato nient altro di parlarmi con una arroganza e di non darmi l’appuntamento. Vergogna !
