Oggi mi sono recato per la prima volta in questa filiale a causa di un cambio sede. Appena entrato chiedo informazioni all'impiegato della RECEPTION che non solo non capisce la lingua italiana (ho chiesto della mia "referente", non sapendo cosa significasse). Dopo avergli detto gentilmente di non aver capito le sue indicazioni per l'ufficio richiesto a causa della sua lingua incomprensibile mi ha insultato con testuali parole:" MA TU NUN CAPISC MANC U CAZZ!".
Non metto 1 stella per non penalizzare i dipendenti addetti agli sportelli dei clienti. Spero vengano presi provvedimenti per persone come queste che dovrebbero soltanto fornire un servizio e trattare i clienti con gentilezza e senso civico.

Today I went to this branch for the first time due to a change of location. As soon as I entered I asked for information from the RECEPTION clerk who not only did not understand the Italian language (I asked for my "referent", not knowing what it meant). After telling him politely not to understand his instructions required for the office because of its incomprehensible language insulted with exact words to me: "BUT YOU NUN capisc MANC U CAZZ".
I don't put 1 star in order not to penalize employees in charge of customer counters. I hope action will be taken for people like these who should only provide a service and treat customers with kindness and a sense of civic duty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' in centro.... quindi il parcheggio nelle vicinanze e quasi impossibile. All'interno ci sono tre casse automatiche per svolgere pagamenti e versamenti.
It is in the center .... so parking nearby is almost impossible. Inside there are three automatic cashiers for making payments and deposits.
