Considero che non ci siano sufficienti garanzie di controllo da parte del personale della sicurezza. Spesso l'ingresso automatico funziona male e obbliga la guardia giurata ad aprire le porte.
In generale, il servizio è ottimo.

I consider that there are insufficient guarantees of control by security personnel. The automatic entrance often malfunctions and forces the security guard to open the doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono loro cliente, volevo diventarlo ma dopo 2 appuntamenti in cui non ho concluso nulla, ho lasciato stare.
La cosa che mi lascia allibito è la scarsissima professionalità da parte dei consulenti nonchè della direttrice, che al sorgere di un problema, non si è neppure affacciata per cercare di risolverlo. E si considerano la banca n° 1 al mondo..... mamma mia che delusione.
I vertici della BNP dovrebbero sapere il modo pessimo con cui operano.
State lontani da queste persone!
I am not their client, I wanted to become one but after 2 appointments in which I have not concluded anything, I gave up.
The thing that leaves me stunned is the very lack of professionalism on the part of the consultants as well as the director, who, when a problem arose, did not even look out to try to solve it. And they consider themselves the No. 1 bank in the world ..... oh my what a disappointment.
The top BNP should know the very bad way they operate.
Stay away from these people!
