★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta che chiamo, per esser aiutato e capire se due pagamenti fatti tramite paypal (paypal che è legato al conto bancario Intesa) sono andati a buon fine, a chi sono andati, ecc. mi son sentito rispondere con sbuffi al telefono, seccati nel dover parlare con un loro (EX) cliente o sbolognando il problema a chi ho fatto i pagamenti......capisco che non è sempre Domenica, ma il lavoro l'avete scelto voi ed io non son causa dei vostri problemi personali o lavorativi, ma non c'è problema perché ho cambiato banca e non avrete più motivo di preoccuparvi.
Vi regalo 1 stella perché 0 ahimè non esiste.

 Once I call, to be helped and to understand if two payments made via paypal (paypal which is linked to the Intesa bank account) have been successful, to whom they went, etc. I heard snorting on the phone, annoyed at having to talk to one of their (EX) customers or giving the problem to who I made the payments ... I understand that it is not always Sunday, but you have chosen the job you and I are not the cause of your personal or business problems, but no problem because I have changed banks and you will no longer have any reason to worry.
I give you 1 star because 0 alas does not exist.
