premetto che questa non è la prima volta che vado in questo hotel... Ma...
Da un hotel 4 stelle ti aspetti di trovare una camera.....che considerato il mese di febbraio si calda con acqua calda corrente in bagno in modo da poterti fare una doccia senza dover saltare in aria dopo 10 secondi xchè c'era solo acqua fredda oppure senza polvere e ragnatele sulla testiera del letto, sporcizia accantonato al lato sx della porta d'ingresso, i caloriferi che funzionassero come lo scarico del wc o come la cassaforte che non si apriva più...che dire un bel soggiorno... Cmq sempre avvisato la reception ma i problemi escludendo l'apertura della cassaforte non sono stati presi in considerazione.... Questa è la mia esperienza.

I state that this is not the first time I go to this hotel ... But ...
From a 4 star hotel you expect to find a room ..... which considering the month of February is hot with running hot water in the bathroom so you can take a shower without having to blow up after 10 seconds because there was only cold water or without dust and cobwebs on the headboard, dirt set aside on the left side of the front door, heaters that worked as a toilet drain or as a safe that never opened ... what about a nice living room. .. Anyway always advised the reception but the problems excluding the opening of the safe have not been taken into consideration .... This is my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel da incubo. Auto danneggiata fortemente nel parcheggio interno. Nessun intento di dispiacere, liquidati con: qui può succedere. Durante i pasti il cibo era insufficiente per tutti. Essendo vegetariano mi hanno rassicurato su pietanze alternative, invece ho dovuto insistere e insistere per tre pasti consecutivo. Solita mozzarella servita dopo il dolce. Ambiente sporco. Organizzazione inesistente. Spa con capienza di 6 persone vista dalla coda in corridoio.
Nightmare hotel. Heavily damaged car in the internal parking lot. No intent to displease, cleared with: it can happen here. There was not enough food for everyone at mealtimes. Being a vegetarian they reassured me about alternative dishes, instead I had to insist and insist on three consecutive meals. Usual mozzarella served after dessert. Dirty environment. Organization non-existent. Spa with capacity for 6 people seen from the queue in the corridor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to find, large and clean rooms, rich breafast. By passing a nice garden you can arrive at spa complex equipped of 2 large swimming pools, turkish bath, solarium. You can also ask for all treatments like massage..
