★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe am alten Geldautomaten der Bank am 31.8.2017 300 € abheben wollen, aber es ging kein Geldausgabefach auf, sodass ich kein Geld erhalten habe. Ein Gespräch mit einem Bankmitarbeiter ergab, dass dies kein Problem sei und ich das Geld zurückbekomme. Das Geld wurde von meinem Girokonta am 4.9.2017 abgebucht, aber bis heute 14.9.2017 nicht zurückgebucht. Auf Emails reagiert ubi banca nicht.
I wanted to withdraw € 300 at the old ATM of the bank on August 31, 2017, but there was no cash dispenser so I did not receive any money. A conversation with a bank employee showed that this was not a problem and that I would get the money back. The money was debited from my current account on September 4, 2017, but has not yet been returned as of September 14, 2017. Ubi banca does not respond to emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta era una banca… ora è un luogo dove è facile incontrare scortesia e maleducazione da parte di un “direttore” arrogante e presuntuoso… per non parlare della mancanza di servizi.
Mi dispiace per chi continuerà a mantenere il suo conto in questa banca e per i dipendenti che vengono trattati come uscieri davanti ai clienti.
Pessima esperienza
