Considerando che di questa hanno necessità soprattutto i "meno mobili" e meno informatizzati, ovvero la parte anziana della società: la più fragile e affluente. Possibile non vi interessi? Se non sei cliente faresti prima ad andare all'estero, dove in ogni caso ti tratterebbero meglio. Prossime elezioni "nemmeno se mi pagano", davvero. Ho fatto un bonifico per pagare dei lavori e per poter usufruire del contributo conto termico mi serve la ricevuta ,la chiedo all' operatore e mi rilascia la copia del bonifico con il timbro ricevuto dicendomi che poi mi arriva a casa più dettagliata. Arriva a casa faccio fare la pratica per rimborso e mi rigettano la domanda perché quella era la contabile riepilogativa . Rivado in banca spiego la situazione e mi dicono con tono arrogante che per loro quella andava bene e che loro non potevano fare niente . Dopo aver insistito ,per mandarmi via mi fanno una copia conforme dell operazione di bonifico . Rifaccio fare fare la pratica , la rigettano di nuovo, ritorno in banca qli rispiego la situazione ,non mi ascoltano nemmeno. Allora insisto di nuove riesco almeno a farmi mettere il timbro della banca e la data. Rifaccio fare la pratica e non andava bene neanche questa. Come dovrei fare per avere la documentazione giusta ? Incompetent in certain matters. Ma il management di intesa Sanpaolo ha idea di quello che succede dentro le proprie filiali? Filiale sporca, dipendenti lenti, incompetenti e non professionali. Peggio che alle poste. Chiuderò il conto oggi stesso. I wonder: how is it possible that a branch with only negative reviews is still open? But does Intesa Sanpaolo management have any idea of what is happening inside its branches? Dirty branch, slow, incompetent and unprofessional employees. Worse than at the post office. Commenti sgradevoli nei confronti di tutte le persone extracomunitarie, anziane e con difficoltà, atteggiamenti arroganti e maleducati al limite della decenza. Come azienda abbiamo avuto a che fare con il sig.Marco Sabatini, persona incompetente è incapace, avevamo un problema e l’unica risposta che abbiamo ricevuto sono stati commenti sul fatto che fosse appena tornato dalle ferie e già stanco di lavorare. Intesa dovrebbe prendere provvedimenti perché questi 4 personaggi sgradevoli rappresentano, all’occhio del cliente, la banca. Consiglio: cambiate banca o non aprite un conto. Embarrassing customer service, one star is truly undeserved. Unpleasant comments towards all non-EU people, elderly and with difficulties, arrogant and rude attitudes bordering on decency. As a company we have had to deal with Mr. Marco Sabatini, an incompetent and incapable person, we had a problem and the only response we received were comments on the fact that he had just returned from vacation and was already tired of working. Intesa should take action because these 4 unpleasant characters represent, in the eye of the customer, the bank. Tip: change banks or don't open an account.
