Zero cortesia, maleducazione da parte del signore tant'è che la signora prima di me è uscita furiosa, a me non ha voluto darmi spiegazioni per quel che chiedevo e quindi ho fatto nemmeno l'operazione di cassa data la reale maleducazione del signore che in teoria doveva farmi un servizio. Inaccettabile da Intesa Sanpaolo
The rudeness of the operators at the counter is unmatched. Zero courtesy, rudeness from the gentleman so much so that the lady before me came out furious, she did not want to give me explanations for what I asked for and therefore I did not even do the cash operation given the real rudeness of the gentleman who in theory had to do me a service. Unacceptable by Intesa Sanpaolo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima filiale. Prendo appuntamento con loro, pure confermato via mail, e al momento del mio arrivo l’operatore allo sportello mi caccia via in malo modo dicendo che quel giorno la filiale chiude prima. Totale assenza di professionalità.
Bad branch. I make an appointment with them, also confirmed by email, and upon my arrival the operator at the counter chases me away in a bad way saying that the branch closes earlier that day. Total absence of professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa banca è da evitare più di un ora ad aspettare fuori con il freddo e un solo sportello aperto fuori una fila di gente che aspettava. E lì dentro che chiaccheranno invece di lavorare , ci vorrebbero più controlli.
This bank is to be avoided more than an hour waiting outside in the cold and only one door open outside a line of people waiting. And in there they will chat instead of working, it would take more checks.

Li ho chiamati per delle informazioni, ma la signora che gestisce il mio conto e' stata una grandissima maleducata! E' il motivo per il quale ho deciso di chiudere il conto. Vi consiglio di investire di piu' nei rapporti con le persone/clienti.
Verona branch, Viale del Lavoro 8 - I have been a customer of this bank for almost 10 years. I called them for information, but the lady who manages my account was very rude! It is the reason why I decided to close the account. I advise you to invest more in relationships with people / customers.
