Due chiamate telefoniche e due ticket email all'help desk non sono bastati a far capire che il coupon gratuito rimaneva inutilizzabile, e che la loro "risposta standard" come momentaneo blocco account non aveva nulla a che fare. Cortesia a parte rimane l'incompetenza tecnica ma soprattutto la scarsa attenzione al cliente che, in qualità di semplice visitatore, evidentemente non porta denaro in cassa.
Deserved vote for the shameful VIVATICKET customer service which contributed to my absence on several occasions. Two phone calls and two email tickets to the help desk weren't enough to make it clear that the free coupon remained unusable, and that their "standard response" as a momentary account lockout had nothing to do. Apart from courtesy there remains the technical incompetence but above all the lack of attention to the customer who, as a simple visitor, obviously does not bring money to the cashier.
