The proposed ideas are very interesting, the problem is after-sales, an odyssey that lasted 1 year between: - Missing materials - Wrong material ordered - Non-existent Ordered Material (I contacted a company directly that informed me of the non-existence of a product) - Endless waits and continuous bounces

The staff is skilled in transforming the customer's ideas into a finished and feasible project, also offering very interesting solutions in terms of design. But the after-sales service leaves much to be desired, not respecting deadlines and completely neglecting the problems that have arisen due to them or their suppliers.

Absolutely to be avoided. Despite the initial good impression, the post-sales process was a real nightmare. Shameful delays on the delivery of materials (chosen already available!) Attributable exclusively to InternoC and as if that were not enough delivery of unsuitable or incorrect goods. We also gave up on ordered bathroom furniture because in fact they were never requested by InternoC from their respective factories. We were told about the failure to order the bathroom furniture 3 months after our order, after having now adapted our furniture choices as well as preparing the connections in the walls (water and electricity) based on the technical data sheets of the same furniture (for other provided very reluctantly). Several times we have had to quickly make up for the shortcomings of InternoC looking for alternative solutions, suffering from this in terms of time, money and serenity. No transparency or honesty in the reasons for the delays. Depending on the circumstances, the goods were "arriving tomorrow", "next week", "on the road", when in reality they had never yet moved from the headquarters of the company to which they belong (information that we were able to obtain from more companies / factories by calling them directly). InternoC due to its unrealistic delays has blocked the construction site of our home renovations for two months, effectively disposing of the lives of clients, architects and the renovation company, all at the mercy of its pretexts and justifications so contradictory that they are not credible.

Kind, professional and very helpful even with particularly undecided customers like me. TOP design. the lady managed to design the interiors better than I could ever have imagined, optimizing all the spaces. The materials are excellent. There was some small delay in delivery, but nothing insurmountable and in line with the timing of other suppliers.
