★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ci siamo recati con mia moglie in gravidanza di otto mesi e chiedendo gentilmente di saltare la fila x fare il prelievo il signore messo al banco ci ha lasciati letteralmente sbattere senza dare risposta e continuando a chiamare i numeri successivi con lo sdegno della gente presente lì, cmq siamo andati via. Nn metterò mai più piede lì neanche ci ha degnati di risposta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pas loin de notre hôtel à 22 mn à pied parfait. En amont j'ai pris rendez vous par mail car la barrière de la langue est là ! Donc avec le traducteur . Donc prise de RdV par mail pratique et rapide je fais la connaissance de Gabriella. Un bonheur cette personne ! Arrivée à Palerme le 7 juillet donc rdv PCR pour le retour aujourd'hui le 9 juillet à 10h pour retour en France. rdv pris avec Gabriella sur mail et hop confirmation la veille de notre venue. Arrivée là bas le 9 juillet à 10h heure reportée la veille puisque notre rdv était à 9h mais tout c'est bien organisé il suffit de regarder ses mails même en vacances !? Nous avons été prise en charge par Gabriella qui nous a fait remplir d'autres papiers puisque avant par mail elle envoyé les papiers à remplir. Donc à l'accueil Gabriella et une autre laborantine mais elle pas très sympathique au 1er abord, et nous avons ressenti un petit énervement de sa part parce Gabriella s'occupait de nous 5 pour les tests ! Et l'autre laborantine s'occupait et devait prendre le relais pour les autres patients. Enfin bref je voulais le signaler !! Et hop test PCR dans les narines pour nous 5 . D'une douceur cette Gabriella extra !! Et paiement prévoir 50 euro par personne pour les tests PCR pour le retour en France des frais en plus à cause du covid!! Mais remboursement en France par la CPAM avec le formulaire !!et la facture ! Et sinon 1h pour tout et nous sommes reparties. Bref bon accueil par Gabriella ça fait du bien d'avoir une persinne aimable au lieu d'une femme ronchon merci encore Gabriella !

So at the reception Gabriella and another laboratory assistant but she was not very friendly at first, and we felt a little nervousness on her part because Gabriella was taking care of the 5 of us for the tests! And the other laboratory assistant was busy and had to take over for the other patients. Anyway I wanted to point it out !! And hop PCR test in the nostrils for us 5. So sweet this Gabriella extra !! And payment provide 50 euros per person for PCR tests for the return to France additional costs because of the covid !! But reimbursement in France by the CPAM with the form !! and the invoice! And if not 1 hour for everything and we left. In short, welcome by Gabriella, it feels good to have a kind person instead of a grumpy woman, thank you again Gabriella!
