★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento l’Universitá Cattolica del Sacro cuore e studio lingue, tra cui il tedesco con il quale ho avuto un po’ di problemi.
Proprio per questo motivo io ed una mia amica ci siamo rivolte alla scuola.
Pur non essendo mai andate fisicamente a scuola, sono sempre stati tutti molto gentili, molto flessibili e sono venuti sempre incontro alle nostre esigenze.
Anche le lezioni, a causa del Covid, le abbiamo seguite da remoto, ma ció non ha causato alcun tipo di problema.
Io e la mia amica abbiamo fatto 20 ore di lezione con un Professore di nome Fortunato: davvero bravissimo e competente.
Ci ha aiutato sia a preparare l’esame scritto sia quello orale ed i risultati sono stati ottimi, ma soprattutto non avevamo piú cosí paura come prima ad affrontare gli esami perché ci sentivamo molto piú sicure.
Inoltre, fare lezione è sempre stato un piacere.
Scuola consigliatissima!
 I attend the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and study languages, including German, with which I had some problems.
Precisely for this reason a friend of mine and I turned to the school.
Although they never physically went to school, they were always very kind, very flexible and always came to meet our needs.
We also followed the lessons remotely due to Covid, but this did not cause any kind of problem.
My friend and I did 20 hours of lessons with a Professor named Fortunato: really good and competent.
He helped us both to prepare the written and oral exams and the results were excellent, but above all we were no longer as afraid as before to take the exams because we felt much safer.
Plus, teaching has always been a pleasure.
Highly recommended school!

La classe era composta soltanto da me e un altro studente, pertanto sono stata seguita molto bene dal professore (madrelingua). Molto buono anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sicuramente mi rivolgerò nuovamente a loro nel caso volessi iscrivermi ad altri corsi di lingua.
After finishing the German course level B1 I would like to recommend this school. The class consisted only of me and one other student, so I was followed very well by the teacher (mother tongue). The quality-price ratio is also very good. I will definitely contact them again in case I want to enroll in other language courses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto informazioni a questa scuola tramite whatsapp e mi sono fermata onestamente a questo passaggio. Ho avuto la sfortuna di parlare con un ragazzo molto maleducato e saccente. Il fatto che abbia o non abbia capito quello che cercavo di comunicargli è irrilevante. Io sono sempre stata educata e gentile, ma non posso dire la stessa cosa per il mio interlocutore. Se una persona chiede informazioni ti possono sembrare anche domande superficiali o stupide ma si risponde con educazione e pazienza per cercare di arrivare alla soluzione del problema, nella maniera più tranquilla possibile.
Alla fine questa persona non aveva nemmeno capito e sono passata io per l’idiota che non sapeva distinguere i livelli delle varie lingue. Consiglio di esercitarsi sulla comprensione del testo e di evitare antipatia gratuita, sopratutto se l’obbiettivo è quello di avere clienti. Non farli scappare!!
Aggiungo per ultima cosa che a perderci non sono stata io, mi sono iscritta ad un’altra scuola e ad avere un’iscrizione in meno sono loro.
Che brutta esperienza.
I asked this school for information via whatsapp and I honestly stopped at this step. I had the misfortune of speaking to a very rude and pedantic guy. Whether or not he understood what I was trying to convey to him is irrelevant. I have always been polite and kind, but I cannot say the same thing for my interlocutor. If a person asks for information, they may seem superficial or stupid questions to you but they are answered with education and patience in order to try to find a solution to the problem, in the most peaceful way possible.
In the end, this person did not even understand and I passed for the idiot who could not distinguish the levels of the various languages. I recommend practicing understanding the text and avoiding gratuitous dislike, especially if the goal is to have customers. Don't let them escape !!
Lastly, I would add that it was not me who lost us, I enrolled in another school and they are the ones who have one less enrollment.

I attended a French certification preparation course at this school. I joined an online package. all very correct and punctual. The teacher was very prepared and valid. We meet again for the next level in 2022.

They provide a wide range of courses and can cater to practically every need, be it beginners, intensive personal classes or group courses. The organization is really good, the mood is friendly and the location is nice and convenient. The teachers are good (I had occasion to try 3 different Russian language teachers) and they work well, my overall sensation is of making good progress language-wise in a friendly atmosphere.
