Cortesia e disponibilità da parte di tutti.. molto pulito...non posso che elogiare tutto quanto il personale. Grazie ancora di cuore. I got to know this institute for my dad's health problems .... I was really very very happy. Courtesy and helpfulness from everyone .. very clean ... I can only praise all the staff. Thanks again from the heart.

Non solo curano i nostri cari ma anche assistono i familiari e spesso riescono a risolvere burocrazie che per le persone comuni sarebbero lunghe trafile. Complimenti I hated the structures but I must say that, thanks to those who work there, I changed my mind. Not only do they take care of our loved ones but also assist family members and often manage to solve bureaucracies that would be a long process for ordinary people. Well done
M	Monica Maschio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco il posto perchè la mia nonna e le mie zie ci sono state per anni e siamo stati tutti contentissimi ..ora ho bisogno per la mia mamma uscita da ospedale e allettata ..ho consegnato documenti ..mi hanno chiamato settimana dopo che ci sarebbe stato posto di tenermi pronta ..preparo il tutto e dopo 2 giorni non ricevendo piu risposta chiamo ..bene la mia richiesta non si trova piu ..a furia di insistere è sbucata ..peccato che il posto destinato a me ormai è andato ..ritorno in coda ..delusa I know the place because my grandmother and my aunts have been there for years and we were all delighted .. now I need my mom out of the hospital and bedridden .. Abbiamo apprezzato con immenso piacere la professionalità ed umanità di tutto il personale nei confronti della mamma che vi abbiamo affidato in un momento tanto fragile della sua vita. Abbiamo altresì apprezzato la puntualità con la quale avete sempre risposto alle nostre richieste ed esigenze. Se avremo modo di raccomandare la vostra struttura, lo faremo con animo grato. Purtroppo è venuta a mancare E quando ci hanno restituito i suoi indumenti personali non abbiamo trovato un indumento (Tra l'altro molto carino ed elegante) oltretutto regalato proprio per il periodo natalizio 2021. Dopo aver chiesto al personale ci è stato detto che purtroppo sarà stato smarrito.... ( le cose comprate insieme c'erano mancava giusto quello).... Mi è stato detto che posso chiedere rimborso. Purtroppo non ci sono rimborsi economici che possano rimediare ad un valore affettivo soprattutto se si tratta della propria" MAMMA". Sono molto dispiaciuta. Una certa rigidità nella scadenza e negli orari di visita agli ospiti, ma assolutamente giustificata dalla situazione pandemica e quindi, in fondo, un'ulteriore tutela dei pazienti.
