★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il telefono huawei p10 per sostituire l'altoparlante mi chiedono €35,00, finqui tutto ok mi dicono che prenotano il pezzo di ricambio per poi sostituirlo, ritorno dopo mezz'ora circa mi restituiscono il mio cellulare Huawei riparato, gli chiedo come avete fatto con il ricambio, mi rispondono che abbiamo risolto il problema abbiamo fatto una saldatura glielo diciamo xchè siamo onesti!!! comunque ho pagato sempre €35,00 per una saldatura fatta in 10 minuti, dovevo avere il mio pezzo nuovo invece è saldato sempre per lo stesso prezzo pattuito
 I brought the huawei p10 phone to replace the speaker they ask me € 35.00, until everything is ok they tell me that they book the spare part and then replace it, I return after about half an hour they return my repaired Huawei cell phone to me, I ask them how you have done with the spare part, they tell me that we have solved the problem we made a welding we tell them xchè we are honest !!! however I always paid € 35.00 for a welding done in 10 minutes, I had to have my new piece instead it is always paid for the same agreed price

Ho portato un altro cellulare in riparazione e dopo una settimana mi hanno detto che non era riparabile.secondo me non lo hanno nemmeno guardato
Not entirely positive experience ... I brought a cellphone that had a short battery life, and they replaced it. The new battery lasts as long as it was before ... bha
I brought another cell phone in for repair and after a week they told me it was not repairable, in my opinion they didn't even look at it

Queste sono le uniche parole che meritano questi Signori se così si puó definirli.
Oltre un mese fa corro ai ripari da loro dopo che il cellulare un iphone xr era caduto in acqua, all’accoglienza il cellulare chiamava e riceveva telefonate da una scheda tim ma aveva una macchia sullo schermo e la fotocamera frontale non funzionava. I Signori mi dicono che per sostituire queste due cose ci volevano 160€ ma che personalmente valeva la pena data l’importanza del telefono. Decidiamo di aggiustare il telefono e prima di tutto mi hanno trattenuta un intera giornata con un bambino di poche mesi lì prendendomi in giro dato che rimandavano l’operazione del telefono di 15 minuti in 15 minuti senza tenere rispetto! Ma non contenti alle ore 18:30 mi dicono che il telefono era pronto ma spento. FORTUNAMENTE insisto per accendere e il telefono e come per magia non solo il display non era funzionante ma la fotocamera non era stata aggiustata. Questo teatrino é avanti avanti per diverse volte e diverse settimane.. senza aggiungere la scostumatezza al telefono quando li disturbavamo x chiedere informazioni riguardante il telefono! Fino ad arrivare ad oggi quando non solo il telefono non funziona più ma volevano rifilarmi di nuovo il display rotto e la scheda non è più leggibile dal telefono e in aggiunta non funziona nemmeno il lettore face id. Non hanno voluto restituire i soldi e neanche aggiustarlo dato le loro scarsissime qualità lavorative!
UNA VERA DELUSIONE PER LA POVERA GENTE CHE I SOLDI LI USA E POI SI RITROVA A SPRECARLI IN MANO DI QUESTE PERSONE INCOMPETENTI!

These are the only words that these gentlemen deserve if they can be defined as such.
Over a month ago I ran for cover from them after an iphone xr cell phone had fallen into the water, at reception the cell phone called and received calls from a tim card but it had a smudge on the screen and the front camera did not work. The gentlemen tell me that to replace these two things it took € 160 but that personally it was worth it given the importance of the telephone. We decide to fix the phone and first of all they kept me a whole day with a baby just a few months old there, making fun of me as they postponed the phone operation for 15 minutes in 15 minutes without respecting! But not happy at 18:30 they tell me that the phone was ready but turned off. Fortunately I insist on turning on the phone and as if by magic not only was the display not working but the camera had not been fixed. This little theater goes on and on for several times and several weeks .. without adding the rudeness to the phone when we disturbed them x asking for information about the phone! Until today when not only the phone no longer works but they wanted to give me the broken display again and the card is no longer readable by the phone and in addition the face id reader does not work either. They didn't want to pay back the money or even fix it given their very poor working qualities!
A REAL DISAPPOINTMENT FOR THE POOR PEOPLE WHO USES THE MONEY AND THEN FINDS WASTE IT IN THE HANDS OF THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sino recato al punto vendita nel centro commerciale azzurro per la sostituzione schermo di un cellulare già vecchio di quasi due anni per la cifra assurda di 180 euro mentre altrove mi hanno chiesto 130 euro ma sono stato travolto dalla loro pubblicità a quanto pare ingannevoli com prezzi stracciati. A questo punto mi chiedo cosa mai combineranno visto che vantano riparazioni in 15 minuti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una delle mie più penose esperienze che abbia mai avuto nella mia vita in quanto a riparazioni di cellulari.. avevo molta fiducia in questi ragazzi tanto da farmi spesso e più che volentieri più di mezz'ora di auto per andare da loro .. ma con il mio Samsung A40 mi hanno letteralmente perso come cliente .. in casa i miei dispositivi hanno pellicole e utensilerie tutte loro .. qualsiasi cosa consigliavo ad amici e parenti questo marchio !! Con il mio Samsung A40 invece oltre che ad una riparazione maccheronica (hanno deformato la scocca del cellulare per 'farlo funzionare') hanno anche allungato i tempi di riconsegna poichè io oltre ai 25€ spesi li stavo rimettendo di benzina .. mi chiamavano dicendo che avevano 'cose loro' da fare e non venivano a consegnarmi il cellulare .. una cosa abominevole visto e considerato che già il cellulare non si sa come mi arriva ma almeno il cliente vuoi gestirlo con serietà? Pessimi, pessimi, PESSIMI.. al massimo verrò a convenienza se avrò bisogno di qualche pellicola ogni tanto, altrimenti manco per quello.. visto che con il mio nuovo A52 S 5G acquistato da poco non erano forniti e volevano darmene una adattata con tanto di 'vabbè ma tanto esce fuori di qualche millimetro poi si sa che il telefono quando si deve rompere si rompe, può mai essere prende la botta proprio lì dove il display è scoperto?'
A mio avviso male male, ci può stare l'intoppo con la riparazione e il lavoro .. ma la professionalità non deve MAI mancare nel rapporto con il cliente!!
One of my most painful experiences I have ever had in my life in terms of cell phone repairs .. I had a lot of faith in these guys so much that I often and more than willingly took more than half an hour by car to go to them .. but with my Samsung A40 they literally lost me as a customer .. at home my devices have films and tools of their own .. whatever I recommended this brand to friends and relatives !! With my Samsung A40, on the other hand, in addition to a macaronic repair (they deformed the body of the mobile phone to 'make it work') they also lengthened the delivery times as I was putting them back with petrol in addition to the € 25 spent ... they called me saying that they had 'their own things' to do and did not come to deliver my cell phone .. an abominable thing considering that you already don't know how the cell phone gets to me but at least you want to handle it seriously? Bad, bad, BAD .. at most I will come to convenience if I need some film every now and then, otherwise I am missing for that .. since with my new A52 S 5G purchased recently they were not supplied and they wanted to give me one adapted with lots of 'oh well but it comes out of a few millimeters then you know that the phone breaks when you have to break, can it ever be hit right there where the display is discovered?'
In my opinion badly bad, there may be the hitch with the repair and the work .. but professionalism must NEVER be missing in the relationship with the customer !!

They delivered a fast prompt service replacing it with genuine Samsung parts and offered warranty. Im thoroughly pleased with the result and would go back for any repairs.
