Lavori di ripristino e ammodernamento contatori conclusi il 28 ottobre Ad oggi 06 novembre non ci è stato ancora riallacciato il gas per uso domestico. Vergogna!!!! A real ordeal !!! Sto cercando da mesi di modificare un tubo del gas ma non mi danno appuntamento.Ieri é arrivata la fattura con pagamento 30 agosto. Ovviamente il call center rimpalla la pratica e nessuno sa nulla!! gente che la professionalitá non sa nemmeno dove sta di casa.. assurdo xché a chi altro possiamo rivolgerci? un monopolio che fa delle truffe legalizzate .. come possiamo ribellarci? A really bad experience. I have been trying for months to modify a gas pipe but they do not give me an appointment. Yesterday the invoice arrived with payment on August 30th. Obviously the call center repeats the practice and nobody knows anything !! people that professionalism does not even know where it is at home .. absurd because who else can we turn to? a monopoly that makes legalized scams .. how can we rebel?

Il tecnico non si è presentato e io non sono stata avvertita, al numero di assistenza mi hanno risposto che loro non possono contattare i tecnici e non hanno saputo aiutarmi. Dopo svariate telefonate ho ottenuto di poter avere un appuntamento di sabato. L’appuntamento era dalle 11. Due giorni prima ho ricevuto un messaggio che l’appuntamento sarebbe stato alle 10. Benissimo, il tecnico ha suonato il campanello senza preavviso alle 9. Non aggiungo altro. For the first appointment I had to take a leave to work because there were no dates available on Saturday. The technician did not show up and I was not notified, they replied to the assistance number that they cannot contact the technicians and they could not help me. After several phone calls, I was able to have an appointment on a Saturday. The appointment was from 11am. Two days earlier I received a message that the appointment would be at 10am. Very well, the technician rang the bell without warning at 9am. I won't add anything else.
