Dopo un anno le tariffe cambiano, chiaramente al rialzo! Grazie alle continue telefonate di ditte concorrenti, si verifica che le tariffe iniziali erano triplicate, le accise agevolate non applicate, spese trasporto energia non coerenti...chiamato più volte il NUMERO VERDE per chiarimenti...non una ma più volte ci si confronta con telefoniste “poco educate” e non aggiungo altro! Inviate più e-mail nella speranza di avere delle risposte e per sottoporre l’inaccettabile comportamento del call center...ma nessuna risposta! Un cliente da 6/8000 € all’anno è giusto perderlo!!! Consiglierei, dopo l’acquisizione di una nuova utenza, una politica aziendale più attenda all’ascolto del cliente ed a una maggior attenzione nel scegliere chi ti rappresenta sul territorio!!!
