★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potrebbe anche restar chiuso...non ne avvertiremmo la mancanza! Gestione pessima della tempistica..un solo sportello aperto per pratiche che durano mediamente 30/40 minuti cadauna con flusso di 90/100 contribuenti giornaliero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A torre del greco ci sono circa 86.025 abitanti non è possibile che un ente come questo ha solo 2 sportelli funzionanti quando ti va bene ! Con un 'alfuenza di un 100 di persone al giorno fai la fila per ore, per vedere se dopo un'attesa infinita va tutto bene!
Pessima organizzazione
In Torre del Greco there are about 86,025 inhabitants, it is not possible that an institution like this has only 2 branches operating when you are happy! With a 'alfuenza of 100 people a day you queue for hours, to see if after an endless wait everything is fine!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per esaminare una pratica ti tengono in lavorazione tipo( un anno) e dico un intero anno solare per soldi che ti spettano di diritto se poi hai fatto una cessione del quinto bene vi dirò ancora peggio perché non pagano puntualmente le quote e tu vini sollecitata per i pagamenti !! quindi se stai morendo ti aiutano a farlo GRAZIE INPS DI TORRE DEL GRECO TUTTO QUESTO SUCCEDE SOLO DA VOI!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati all'Inps per verificare la posizione di mio padre che in quanto invalido usufruisce di una pensione di invalidità e accompagnamento (invalido al 100%). Siamo stati accolti da una dipendente che già alle 8.30 di mattina era sgarbata e aggressiva che pretendeva che mio padre su una sedia a rotelle facesse la fila e salisse le scale come tutte le altre persone, nonostante il direttore che era intervenuto per accoglierci la riprendesse e le faceva notare che avevamo un accesso agevolato. Il problema per cui eravamo andati all'Inps(dalle 7 di mattina) non lo abbiamo risolto, la dipendente sgarbata ci ha rinviato ad altra data, ma siamo andati via con la doppia amarezza di non vedere tutelati i ns diritti e di essere stati trattati in maniera maleducata. Altro che al servizio del cittadino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco il perché la sede Centrale non prenda provvedimenti in merito....x quanto riguarda la gestione inesistente e dipendenti incapaci e poco informati x dare informazioni a noi cittadini
I do not understand why the Headquarters does not take measures in this regard .... x as regards the non-existent management and incapable and poorly informed employees x to give information to us citizens
