★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza...ho fatto domanda per gli assegni familiari, ho aspettato mesi...per scoprire che non avevano messo i documenti in allegato..inoltre personale scortese e ritardatario .ore di fila che se iniziassero alle 9 come dicono si eviterebbero.per fortuna poi ho trovato un caf competente...mai più da loro
Bad experience ... I applied for family allowances, I waited months ... to find out that they had not put the documents attached .. also rude and latecomer staff. Hours in a row that if they started at 9 as they say they would be avoided. luckily then I found a competent café ... never again from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordiali e professionali, anche se nei giorni di grande affluenza c'è molto da aspettare, nonostante ricevano solo per appuntamento. Inoltre spesso mi è capitato di notare una grande lentezza nonostante la folla in attesa, quindi ancora non riescono a gestire bene le giornate di punta.
Friendly and professional, even if on busy days there is a lot to wait, despite receiving only by appointment. Also often it happened to notice a very slow despite the crowd waiting, and still fail to manage well the peak days.
