★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un posto da non ritornarci mai più, modi di approccio al pubblico fuori ogni controllo da parte del personale la parola privacy mentre esponi la tua pratica li non esiste peggio di piazzola, io mi sono presentata per un problema riguardo la domanda ANF e mi sono trovata davanti questa signora che non parlava praticamente urlava , gli spiegavo che dopo aver ottenuto la citadinanza certi documento di riconoscimento non li possiedo e non li posso più utilizzare mi ha dato della bugiarda , documento rilasciato dal tribunale doveva verificarlo perché secondo lei non era buono addirittura ha messo in dubbio che la carta di identità non fosse autentica è neanche il fatto di aver aquisito la citadinanza deva prima verificare roba da ridere bastava inserire codice fiscale in rete avrebbe già avuto davanti tutto, per una cosa che alla fine è il diritto del bambini , per il fatto che pago le tasse da casi 20 anni qui in più tutte le trattenute regionale comunale e così via scorrendo mi trovo una persona che dovrebbe essere non preparata ma di più che in realtà non capisce niente del suo lavoro in più è mal educata , una vergogna e purtroppo nessuno prende provvedimenti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto negativa. Martedì 04/06 mi sono recata presso la sede Inps di san giorgio di paino ed erano chiusi per riunione sindacale. Giovedì 06/06 sono ritornata e mi hanno comunicato che per il mio problema mi sarei dovuta presentare lunedì mercoledì e venerdì. Ho spiegato che prima di recarmi ho provato a telefonare diverse volte al numero indicato su internet ma sempre occupato. Mi hanno risposto che è fuori uso pertanto non hanno un telefono per avere informazioni. E così mi sono già presa 8 ore di permesso al lavoro per non aver risolto ancora nulla. Peggio di così.
Very bad experience. Tuesday 04/06 I went to the INPS headquarters in San Giorgio di Paino and they were closed for union meetings. Thursday 06/06 I returned and they informed me that due to my problem I would have to report on Monday Wednesday and Friday. I explained that before going I tried to call several times the number indicated on the internet but always busy. They replied that it is out of order so they don't have a phone to get information. And so I already took 8 hours of leave to work for not solving anything yet. Worse than that.

dopo 2 anni che rincorro INPS - PATRONATO per una pratica, chiamo il numero verde dedicato perdendo altro tempo, spiego la richiesta e mi direzionano al centro INPS piu vicino alla residenza della persona interessata.
vado al centro di SAN GIORGIO DI PIANO, mi direzionano a quello di BOLOGNA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DOVETE IMPARARE A GESTIRE LE RICHIESTE DELLE PERSONE, NON SOLO A FAR PERDERE LORO TEMPO, NON LAVORATE SOLO VOI.
I HAVE NO MORE WORDS.
